Keshavam Global Ventures Private Limited is a diversified enterprise with four practices: Ermyn Consultancy (technology, AI and business consulting), Real Estate (land sourcing, aggregation and development), Dubai Delights Store (imported gourmet foods and gift hampers) and Food Trade (dairy, ghee, grains, pulses and spices).
Who leads Keshavam Global Ventures?
The company is led by its directors Aditya Parmar, who heads Ermyn Consultancy and group strategy, and Jinal Boricha, an architect and landscape designer who leads real estate development and design.
Does Keshavam source land for developers?
Yes. We source, review and assemble land parcels for developers and investors. Ownership history, revenue records, encumbrances and access are checked before a parcel is presented.
Can Keshavam aggregate several small holdings into one parcel?
Yes. Aggregation is a core part of our real estate work: we negotiate with each owner and bring adjoining holdings together into one workable parcel.

Ermyn Consultancy is the technology practice of Keshavam Global Ventures. It offers process consulting, AI adoption, custom software and business analysis for growing companies.
What does Dubai Delights Store sell?
Dubai Delights Store sells imported chocolates, dates, confectionery and specialty foods, and makes festival and corporate gift hampers to order.
